A composition built around toasted kataifi, rich pistachio cream, and a dark chocolate ganache — quietly intricate, unmistakably ours.
Inspired by the now-iconic Dubai chocolate bar, our signature macaron is a study in restraint. The shell is delicate and barely sweet, made with finely milled almonds and Sicilian pistachio. Inside, layers of slow-toasted kataifi add a quiet crunch against a smooth pistachio praline and a dark ganache made from single-origin chocolate.
Each macaron is composed by hand in small batches, with a careful three-day process that builds flavor and texture. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is repeated.
