Zefir is a delicate fruit-whipped confection made with egg whites, sugar, and real fruit. It is whipped until soft and airy, then piped into delicate swirls and left to set into a tender, cloud-like sweet. Light, fruit-forward, and naturally delicate, it offers a softer alternative to traditional desserts.

Our zefir is made with real fruit — never added flavoring. Each batch is whipped, piped, and finished by hand in four naturally bright flavors: sour cherry, mandarin, blackcurrant, and mango passion fruit.
